We promote and support the music of young artists, from opera to classical music
The Korczak Institute for New Music
Who we are
The Korczak Institute for New Music is a Venice-based foundation whose goal is to promote and support the work of young musicians, specifically in opera and classical music, with a higher purpose and a positive social impact. The founding values of our work are inclusiveness, support, fairness and diversity
The institute’s name is a tribute to Janusz Korczak, a Polish educationalist, writer and doctor of Jewish origin who died in the Holocaust and whose approach based on working together, trust, non-violence and respect for children has been an inspiration to generations.
